Unknown Departure

It was a good thing for a while
maybe it would've lasted
but it was murdered, maybe too soon

It could've survived if it wanted
but the pain was too much
so death looked much friendlier

the impending doom began in a great act
of how it wanted to show it's feelings
shot down in it's act, a fatal wound
